The Weinstube (wine bar) at Schloss Staufenberg offers a rare opportunity to taste the opulent Baden wines in the very landscape that produced them. All of the bottles originate from the traditionally styled Weingut Markgraf von Baden estate, whose history is closely woven with the story of Schloss Staufenberg itself. Typical white varietals such as the Klingelberger, introduced in times past by the Margave's ancestors, Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) and Rosé grace our extensive wine list. Another traditional Baden hallmark: Spätburgender (Pinot Noir) naturally enjoys a prominent representation as well.
